At Sisal, we align the fee structure to the owner's financial goals.
- Sisal Fees are divided into two parts. The Base Management Fee is intended to cover our basic costs and our Incentive Management Fee ties our profitability to the results of our efforts as shown in the profitability of the hotels we manage.
- Base Fee - This is a percentage of Total Revenues which can be percentage-based or a fixed annual fee.
- Incentive Fee - Once the owner's financial goals for the hotel are understood and achievable results are agreed to by all parties, an Incentive Management Fee is applied which relates to the completion of those goals.
- The lease fee structure is negotiated on a case to case basis
Consulting fees are negotiated on an individual basis depending on the services provided and the time involved. On some projects, fixed fees are applied while others are on a onetime fee. The fee applied will vary based on the complexity of the assignment. For all proposals, please do not hesitate to contact us on: email@example.com
