Johnson Joseph: A graduate in hospitality management and Humanities from Adamson University, Manila, having more than 16 years of pan India industry exposure. Johnson as the co-founder and Director of Sisal has managed and established new small boutique resorts successfully and has a special taste for wellness operations and Food and beverage services. He has also strong HR development and training exposure in his earlier stint with Mahindra Holidays. He is self motivated and soft spoken and has the ability to be assertive and spearhead initiatives successfully at all circumstances

 

Bijo Jacob: Had his schooling in North East India and holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Kolkata. He has more than 15 years experience in the hospitality sector. He started his career with Club Mahindra and later worked with Starwood brands - Le Meridien, Sheraton, Luxury Collection and also with Sarovar Hotels across all major cities in South India. He had his initial exposure in Room Division and later moved to Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management. He has pre-opened four hotels and was handpicked by Johnson Joseph as part of the founding team.

 

Chef Binesh Philip: A graduate in hospitality management with more than 14 years Indian and International exposure in food & beverage production and quality control. Philip is a naturally talented chef with a clear focus in customization of menu, planning, costing and executing innovative delicacies. He is also a certified HACCP auditor and is a very good skill trainer, strict disciplinarian when it comes to hygiene and quality.

 

Nature: We as a team draw our inspiration and energy from nature in all our endeavours. Our hospitality function as a whole is inseparable from nature, every moment and every day. Nature has been divinely bountiful in all destinations that we associate with; hence our responsibility is manyfold to preserve the purity and simplicity our eco system wherever are in.
